He is a consultant, lawyer and mediator. After his training as a lawyer and with a wide experience in legal and business consulting, Manel Canyameres specialised in mediation at University Institute Kurt Bösch, Switzerland where he obtained the European Master in Mediation.

Since then he has intervened as mediator in many conflicts and has centred his activity on commercial and company conflict, with especial emphasis on the problems of family businesses.

He has combined his professional activities as mediator and lawyer with his role as teacher and speaker in a number of courses and seminars on business mediation organised by several institutions, business organisations and universities in Spain, Switzerland and other countries.
